Much like Blast,Neo can control fire.He can transform into the Neo Fire Dragon after using the Doomsday Diamonds.with just one,however,he can use the "Terablaze"attack,a firey Chaos Blast.He can also harness the power of electricity,and can use the "Turbovolt"attack-a electric chaos blast.
